Fire Detection control panel

I keep trying to restore my computer to a earlier date but when i do that it says "Windows has detected fire system detection on OS (C:). You must check the disk for errors before your system can be restored" So i scheduled a disk check for the next time when i start the computer up, but it keep telling me to go to the control panel and restore my system and the process repeats. Can somebody help me!
